Jeffrey Pedone is a digital marketing professional who is just as comfortable on the strategy side of the business as he is working with IT, production, and operations. He has implemented complex marketing and social networking strategies that are directly tied to the KPI’s of the business and has worn the hat of; director, manager, product and project manager, metrics analyst, and brand champion.
Acquisition strategies through all digital channels (email, search, social networking), retention and loyalty marketing initiatives that create customer lifetime value (lifecycle marketing), and analytics and metrics (mining the data in various platforms to find a single view of the customer and communicate actionable suggestions that formulate winning strategies) are the hallmarks of his craft.
In his last role he saved the company over $100K in annual expense and lowered the CPM on a major platform by 40%. He has also conducted extensive RFP’s with major email, database, and CRM vendors.
